Fees

HousePlanHub takes a 15% platform commission on each milestone payment when it releases from escrow. There are no listing fees, subscription fees, or bidding fees — you only pay when you get paid.

The verified badge

Designers who submit a professional credential (architect, engineer, or equivalent licensure) can be marked as verified. Verified profiles show a checkmark on marketplace cards and studio pages, and rank ahead of unverified profiles in browse results.
